Imagery rescripting is a fast transformative technique of modern psychotherapy. The aim of this seminar to to help improve the precision when using this technique in challenging cases. To this end, the seminar will be hosted by an expert schematherapist and a neuroscientist. We will explore brain changes following trauma and and the laws of memory reconsolidation, immediately followed by a practical take on overcoming difficulties in practical work.
